In this article, I am providing you with an article that explains the reason why certain people have been self-aware for a long time. That is because we dont know why we are self-aware, we just know that we are, and that is the reason, which we understand.
We can understand the why of our actions and behaviors by knowing the why of our thoughts and actions. The reason I am writing about this article is simply because we do not know. The reason why I am writing about it is because we do not know why we are self-aware. But we are self-aware at the same time, so self-awareness is the same thing as knowing the why.
This is the biggest problem with most of the concepts of self-awareness. For example, we can know the why of our behaviors and actions, but not the how. So we can understand the why of our actions and behaviors, but we cannot understand the how. Similarly, we can understand the why of our thoughts and emotions, but we cannot understand the how.
In real life we cannot understand the why of our thoughts and emotions. It is simply impossible to understand how something is.
That’s why it is very difficult to “master” our thoughts and emotions. Instead of trying to “master” our thoughts and emotions, we should try to understand and master them.
