By I was a big fan of this instagram account and their video series on self-awareness. This video series is very good because it focuses on different experiences we may have and how we can be more conscious about how we are with ourselves, so I want to share it with you today.
I love how this instagram account focuses on a different mindset of self-awareness. How we can be more conscious of what we are doing, in this case, how our actions are affecting us. This is a very important concept for us as well. We often make choices based on how we feel about ourselves, how much we like ourselves, or if we believe that things are going to be okay. But sometimes what feels like a good choice may not be.
I see this all the time as a student. Our school is very self-aware and we are constantly trying to figure out how to better ourselves. This sense of self-awareness is not necessarily a good thing. For the sake of your psyche, a student who feels good about themselves is not going to be a good person.
