The fact is that there is a lot of public hype surrounding the new executive order that President Donald Trump signed on Monday. But it is not too late for those of us who have been living with a bit of anxiety about the executive order to take a deep breath and remind ourselves just how long it will take us to actually get it through our Congress. Here are some of the signs that we can use to help remind us that this is just a temporary reprieve.

Trump has already signed a temporary extension of the temporary H1-B visa program for foreign skilled workers, which is a big win. The order also says that “no employer may rely on this exemption in any action or proceeding,” so there’s no longer a loophole for employers to skirt the law.

Another sign is that on the same day that Trump signed the order, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released a memo saying that only the United States government can issue visas. Again, this is a big win for the Trump administration, and it shows that their policies are working.

Trump’s executive order signalled that President Obama’s immigration policies were pretty stupid. While his order didn’t actually ban immigrants from certain countries, it did make it illegal for Americans to hire foreigners if they had no skills or education that qualified them for those jobs. The order was just a way for the Trump administration to keep foreigners from hiring Americans. The only way to comply is to hire Americans first and then hire foreigners in order to comply with the no-citizen-surname rule.

President Trump signed the order on January 23rd. It basically means that if you hire anyone from a country that is not a country you are in, you will be barred from hiring them. If you have a bad experience with a foreigner, you may be able to resettle and find a better job, but even if you don’t, you will have trouble finding a job. You can find a similar situation on the internet.

Trump’s executive order was not really a law, but a directive signed by him that was in part a response to the H1B visa ban. The H1B visa ban had been in place for awhile. Before it was suspended, the ban was extended to a list of roughly 3,000 countries. When the ban was reinstated, the list was extended to 3,000 more countries.

Trump’s executive order is a little different from the H1B visa ban, but in a similar way. It is not really a law. It is a directive signed by Trump that says that certain countries are not allowed to hire certain classes of workers. It is not really a law because it has no effect on anyone, anywhere. As such, we are at the mercy of Trump’s executive order.

This is an executive order that has no executive branch involvement unless you are a Trump appointee. The actual law that Trump signed is the Administrative and Regulatory Review Act, which is an entirely different beast.

The law that Trump just signed is the Immigration and Nationality Act. This law says that if the president wants to do something, he can do it. If he wants to deport someone, he can do it. But this is not a law that should be violated by anyone, anywhere. It’s a law that has no effect on our lives, so we should all ignore it.
