So for this year’s Vat Savitri Vrat, I decided to throw together a pretty standard tasting menu. I made three different types of pasta to use as the base of my tasting menu. I will be posting photos of the finished dishes on Instagram and Twitter throughout the day to show our progress.
We are going to be using the same base pasta as last years Vat Savitri Vrat for this years Vat Savitri Vrat, so I think it’s a good idea to use a recipe for a similar pasta in your tasting menu.
